Software Maintenance


Software Maintenance (Update Assurance) helps ensure our customers have access to the most update-to-date versions of our products. Software Maintenance also gives customers access to support services, including but not limited to support forums, a self help knowledge-base, email support and limited phone support. Technical Support Services for End Users


Computhink products are sold through a network of value added resellers who provide technical support and services for our customers. Each customer is assigned a Computhink reseller who will be able to work to assist you with technical service needs. If you are unable to contact your reseller or a reseller is not assigned to your account, please contact us.

For general information and troubleshooting tips, registered customers are also provided direct access to the Computhink Forums.
