In the continual strive for excellence in customer support Computhink
recognizes the importance of providing the professional, quality and
timely technical support services to all our customers, with an emphasis
on exceeding their expectations.
It is in this spirit that we will supply our corporate
technical support procedures along with the technical support
policies and procedures which have not been previously
discussed, that Computhink employs for both our Resellers
and End Users. We trust that this serves as the standard
baseline of service and strive to exceed this line of expectation.
We welcome any feedback that will enable us to refine
