Technical Support Services for End Users


Computhink products are sold through a network of value added resellers who provide technical support and services for our cutomers. Each customer is assigned a Computhink reseller who will be able to work to assist you with technical service needs. If you are unable to contact your reseller or a reseller is not assigned to your account, please contact us.

For general information and troubleshooting tips, registered customers are also provided direct access to the Computhink Forums.

Computhink provides partners with access to the Computhink Partner Portal and our Computhink Forums. Additionally Partners have direct access to Computhink Technical Support Engineers. For more information on the technical services available to you as a partner, contact your Regional representative.

Highly qualified Engineers and Sales Team members work with Partners to plan out Enterprise and small business level solutions, Customers can access help to expand or migrate their existing systems, and custom applications can be developed to meet special projects.
