Our Enterprise Content Management solution will:
- Document Workflow / Business Process Management for the automation of business processes
- Save directly from MS Office applications
- Access via Web and desktop applications for branch offices/remote workers.
- Control access with detailed security/permissions
- Print from over 400 supported file types without the need for the native application
- Review Detailed Audit trails for all documents activity performed within the system
- Set Retention policies (Records Mgmt Module) based on Document Types – i.e. purge documents after so many years. This reduces data storage.
- Document storage is encrypted with 128-bit encryption ensuring data security.
- Assist in compliancy with government regulations such as National Archives Legislation, Sarbanes-Oxley, Privacy Acts, Freedom of Information Acts as well as the ability to comply with US Dept of Defense DoD 5015.2 and The National Archives of UK PROII Certifications.
