Computhink can work with you to efficiently analyze and design a complete solution based on our product lines through the expertise of our Professional Services Group. Experienced consultants provide design, development, implementation and project management assistance for enterprise level or customized projects. Professional Services Group (PSG) services are available to Computhink direct end-user customers and to Computhink resellers. Outlined below are the programs and service packages offered.

PSG Pre-Packaged Service Offerings:
Computhink offers attractively priced packaged service offerings in the areas of business analysis and installation/training programs, as outlined below.

Standard Business Analysis Package
For new, single site end user installations of the standard ViewWise product, available to both Computhink direct end-user customers and to Computhink resellers, Computhink offers a fixed fee, discounted 3-day onsite Business Analysis package, which provides the following benefits:

• Onsite Business study focused on a single 5-10 stage business process.
• Evaluation of the access and retrieval procedures used for the paper-based system currently in place.
• Identify the filing structure, document types and key data for the documents used in the business process.
• Using worksheets; show how ViewWise can be used to better manage and stream line the business process – including recommendations for the virtual filing structure, document types, and index fields.
• Creation of the ViewWise filing structure, index fields, and document types used in the business process.
• Using customer provided samples, show the business process working in ViewWise.

Such onsite business analysis and structure definition is available during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, and presumes that customer has made appropriate accommodations and preparations. After hours, holiday, or weekend requirements are available at a premium rate.

Standard Business Analysis Package Pricing:

Note:

• BPA-001 and BPA-002 are limited to a maximum of 2 customer representatives.
• The discounted rate for BPA-002 is only applicable when used in the same travel period as BPA-001.
• Customized packages are available upon request.
• Standard travel costs and lodging expenses are not included in the fee.
  

Standard Installation and Training Package
For new, single site end user installations of the standard ViewWise product, available to both Computhink direct end-user customers and to Computhink resellers, Computhink offers a fixed fee, discounted 3 day onsite installation and training package, which provides the following benefits:

• Onsite software product installation on a single server and sample workstations of each client type.
• Onsite End-User (EU-001), Advanced User (EU-002), Administrating ViewWise (ADM-001), and Administrator: Installation & Troubleshooting (ADM-002) courses for up to four users – per course.

Such onsite installation and training is available during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, and presumes that customer has made appropriate accommodations and preparations. After hours, holiday, or weekend requirements are available at a premium rate.
Standard travel costs and lodging expenses are not included in the fee.

PSG Education Service Offerings:

Education Services are available to customers purchasing or distributing Computhink products. Education Services aims to meet the education needs of all customers by offering courses tailored to various experience levels. Courses are available in a variety of learning environments and are hosted at Computhink’s education center in its Lombard, Illinois headquarters. On-site training is also available as a cost-effective alternative for educating entire departments. Computhink’s education department will be pleased to quote a customized education program for your specialized needs.

Education Services Offerings and Pricing:

Note:

• Customized courses may be offered upon request.
• Students attending instruction at a Computhink location are responsible for all travel and lodging expenses.
• Onsite educational Prices are per-student, per-course.
• Onsite courses require a minimum of 4 student enrollees.
• Standard travel costs and lodging expenses are not included in the fee for Onsite classes and will be charged seperately.

Customer Cancellations of Educational Services:
All cancellations must be made in writing and faxed to the Course Administrator. Cancellations must be made 7 working days prior to the first day of class. “No shows” and late cancellations receive no refund. On-site classes canceled less than 14 working days prior to scheduled start will be billed for 50% of the class charges.
Computhink reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any class at any time. Computhink will not be held liable for other cancellation fees incurred, such as those for hotel or airline reservations.

PSG Terms and Conditions:

Policies
When engaging Professional Services the following policies apply:

• PSG services will only be performed under a written, agreed statement of work (SOW) describing the services to be delivered, schedule and any unique terms and conditions for the engagement.
• There is a 50% uplift for any work performed off-hours (i.e. other than 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday) or during holidays.
• All reasonable and customary direct expenses, such as travel, living and telecommunications costs incurred by Computhink in the performance of Professional Services will be invoiced to the customer at Computhink’s costs.

Quotes
Quotes offered by Computhink will remain valid for 30 days.
