GroupWise Solutions

ViewWise Workflow provides organizations with a solution to automate document processes, set up tasks and collaborate among departments or with outside vendors and partners who are granted security through the use of Email notifications and document routes.
Front End Capture
The Automated Input Processor allows you to rapidly store your documents into ViewWise from multiple external sources. The AIP allows the mass import of structured content in our ViewWise Document Management Solution from output produced by a third-party application, such as front-end forms capture packages.
Electronic Signature Capture
To complete the transition to Document Management, the ability to sign digitally generated and stored documents is essential. The Signwise module provides a complete digital signature software solution for the capture, encryption, storage, and verification of Topaz-generated and biometric / forensic-quality electronic signatures.
