ViewWise Document Management / Email Archival


Computhink’s ViewWise® for Novell® operates native on Netware and or SuSe Linux, it leverages the Users and Groups from e-Directory in it’s security schema, and integrates with GroupWise to provide the optimum integrated solution.

Enabling compliance with current and emerging operational and regulatory requirements, our solutions include the GroupWise Agent and ViewWise Email Archive Service for GroupWise.

  1. GroupWise Agent

     For those users that use GroupWise as an e-mail platform and require a fully featured, comprehensive IDM solution, the new GroupWise Mail Agent offers the ability to:
    • Store GroupWise documents (including emails with attachments) directly into ViewWise. See link for file formats supported.
    • Search both ViewWise and GroupWise for content
    • Save GroupWise documents / email to the ViewWise in-tray subsequent processing

  2. ViewWise Email Archive Service for GroupWise

     The ViewWise Email Archive Service archives into ViewWise all incoming, outgoing and internal GroupWise email messages (including attachments - see link for file formats supported). Once in ViewWise, both emails and respective contents / attachments can, regardless of file format, be searched for, retrieved, viewed, and outputted.
