Position Description:
Computhink seeks a self-starting, qualified New Business Development professional to manage development of ViewWise end-user business. Candidates will have a strong knowledge of Windows-based software, with Electronic Document Management or Document Imaging sales experience a plus. Software solution sales experience is required.

Essential Functions:
  • Create new leads, follow up on new leads generated by marketing and cold calling
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships both inside and outside of the company
  • Perform complete software demonstrations in-person and via Webex
  • Software Solution selling skills required.
  • Prepare monthly sales forecast for revenue projected to be generated through sales activities
Requirements:
  • Software solution selling experience
  • Proven software demonstration, presentation, and sales skills
  • Excellent communication skills with team members and end-users
  • 5+ years sales experience in the Document Management or Document Imaging industry
  • BA/BS in Business or related field (may be flexible with relative experience)
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with Goldmine or other CRM software a plus
  • May require up to 10% travel

Position Description:
We are currently looking for a Lead Development Specialist to join the Computhink family focused on our ViewWise solution in our Lombard office. This is a great opportunity for someone who is currently in a lead qualification role and looking for a change to join a company that offers career advancement OR you are a recent college graduate who is focused on starting your sales career.

If you feel confident contacting leads that are provided to you for small and medium size businesses with the intent to nurture sparks your interest until you see fire...AND if you are driven, professional, competitive and results-oriented then this may be the right opportunity for you!

Responsibilities:

  • Make first contact with all new leads within 24 hours.
  • Determine whether lead is qualified to pre-set standards based on scripts, qualifying questions, and basic product knowledge.
  • Track lead, company and call information as determined by the documented guidelines.
  • Proactively communicate with prospects through outbound/inbound calls (minimum 60 calls per day).
  • Manage time appropriately to ensure that productivity standards are met on a regular basis while sustaining a high level of quality.
  • Represent Computhink in a positive, professional and knowledgeable manner during all interactions with internal / external customers and prospects.
  • Answer general inbound calls regarding ViewWise that do not directly relate to Lead Qualification and direct these calls to the appropriate departments.
  • Protect company proprietary and confidential information
  • Other duties as assigned
