Job Description:
Computhink, Inc. is a leading developer of software for content and document management. Computhink is looking for a talented, motivated, and energized individual for an Inside Sales Position. The Inside Sales Position is a part-time, entry level position offering growth potential for both earnings and career path mobility. Applicants to this position must have a drive to succeed, be revenue focused, goal oriented, and able to reach out to businesses by phone and email. A qualified candidate must have telephone and sales experience with a willingness to qualify leads, which includes making anywhere from 30-50 calls per day. Individuals not willing to make such calls need not apply.

Abilities:
  • Exercise great communication skills, as well as be organized and helpful
  • Comfortable doing extensive phone work
  • Highly motivated, self-starter, creative thinker
  • Capable of working in a team environment
  • Able to identify sales obstacles and make quick, accurate decisions to correct
  • Adept in fast-paced environments where multi-tasking and attention to detail are crucial
  • Abide by lead tracking systems and procedures to streamline partner sign ups and management
  • Collaborate with marketing during key programs to coordinate regional campaigns, road shows, and other marketing initiatives as necessary.
Professional Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree with 2+ years experience, or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent customer service skills and patience are a must
  • Dynamic yet transparent and professional phone persona is a plus
Required Technical skills:
  • General understanding of PC based equipment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must be generally comfortable with business software apps, will train the right candidate
  • Experience with GoldMine, document management applications, and/or relational databases a plus
